Cheers, Buddy!

Mark took James outside Saturday afternoon to build a snowman. James was most excited about the carrot nose. My favorite part was that he was wearing trash bags on his feet. So cute! Needless to say, he doesn't have any snow boots.

Our snowman is a "Cowboy" Snowman.

Whenever Mark and James come in from playing in the snow (twice now) Mark makes them hot chocolate, or in James' case "lukewarm" chocolate. This time James lifted his glass and initiated a 'cheers' by saying, "Cheers, Buddy!" It was pretty sweet.
And just because she's 13 weeks today, I'll throw in a picture of Clara! Sometimes James calls her 'precious', which is also pretty sweet. Can't believe how quickly she's growing! Look at those little rolls! :)

Cheers, Buddy--that's priceless! Jason has a pair of snow boots that he's almost outgrown. You'll definitely have them for next year, if his feet aren't too big for them. Love you!

Fun memories! I must tell you that I had an intense dream involving your family the other night. A bunch of our HS classmates were on vacation together with our families. We were at a hotel were you could swim with a shark. (??) Long story short...Mark jumped in to save one of our classmates who was being attacked...and it didn't end so well for Mark. :( I woke up feeling such intense grief and sadness for you and your sweet kiddos.

Whew! I'm glad it was just a dream and that Mark is still around to build snowmen and drink hot chocolate. I know he is a great daddy!
